PRODUCT MAINTAINING POLICY
We commit that Pho Xinh products’ quality is always strictly verified before delivery. In the event that defects are found which result from manufacturing and delivering, Pho Xinh guarantees to conduct reparing methods in order to satisfy the customers.
Please pay attention to warranty conditions of PhoXinh according to types of product and warranty period.
1. Products are provided with the warranty:
We warrant our product to the original retail purchaser as follows:
• Defects that result from delivering and installing (not include costs of replacement any part or accessory)
• Product is in the warranty period
• Warranty card is available
2. In cases the warranty is not provided:
• Defects that result from negligence, misuse, or accidents caused by customers
• Any condition resulting from unprevented event (moisture, insects, animals, flood, fire, electricity, so on)
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance , cleaning or care, or commercial use
• The matching of color, grain, or texture of wood, leather or fabrics
Note: in case the defects that result from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, we offer reparing or replacing services with dealing charge
3. Warranty Period:
The warranty policy is valid from the date of receiving sales receipt. Warranty period is discrete according to kinds of product. Specific information of warranty period would be assigned to particular products
We warranty the products for 12 months, including sofa, exterior, office, bedroom
4. Making a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Providing information - Report detailed defect of product (decriptions, image, video, request for replacement or warranty) via email address: [email protected]
In cases of emergency, customer could contact us via hotline 0937999997. PhoXinh would reply during next 24 hours and in office hours.
Step 2: Maintenance Process - In the event that defects are found which result from manufacturing, PhoXinh maintenance team would conduct warranty procedure at customer’s house. In case product is required to deliver back to the factory for repairing, we would pay for all shipping costs.
From the date of purchase, PhoXinh would responsible for periodically assess the product once every 6 months.
PhoXinh would maintain during 1 year. If accessories result from maintenance, PhoXinh would charge at cost price.
Sale executives fully provide information including delivering duration and shipping cost.
